"This hotel is a bit old school but i love how they have so much to do. There’s a pool and a spa and also a seven eleven inside the hotel which gives easy access to late night food and snacks. Overall a lovely environment with friendly staff."

"My son and I had a wonderful experience at Waqoo. They prepared four bottles of wine and sake for us, along with a welcome Matcha Tea. The hotel also has a spacious, quiet public bath. If I ever need to lay over at NRT again, I would definitely choose this hotel."

"The hotel is very nice, those of 4 stars, except for the size of the rooms, very very very small, full of amenities and stuffs for confort of guests, soft pillow and mattress, all necesary for toot cleaning, shaving, brush, hairdryer, coffee, weather, fridge, absolutely all necesary things, but tiny room. "Very pleasant greeting when we arrived. We told the front desk clerk that we would like to store our luggage in the morning as our flight wasn’t until later in the day and she just extended our check out time so we could stay in our room until we had to leave. Breakfast buffet was so good with so many choices. "
