Difficult rating this one. The hotel itself was brand new. Had that new hotel smell and was very nice. Problem I had was that on hotels.com, it looked like it was on property at the airport and said in the description it was a ‘2 minute walk’, which was the reason I booked it, as I got in at 22:00 and had to be back at airport at 8:00 the next morning. Problem was, the hotel was about 5km, or a 10-15 minute cab ride away. So, if they’ve fixed the location on this site (it’s correct on google maps, if you want to look it up), it’s a great hotel if that’s the location you want. Luckily, hotels.com was very cooperative and addressed my issue. Altogether, as good an experience as possible given a frustrating circumstance. Also, hotel could use some kind of notification system at front desk to their staff that someone is at the desk. At both checkout and check in I had to hunt someone down.
