"Staff so very helpful. We asked about taxi for leaving to Heathrow at 4:30am. Bonus was that concierge offered to arrange private car with excellent driver so we would be confident at such early pick up time. Concierge confirmed with me, driver arrived early and was terrific."

"The frosted glass wall shielding the bathroom should be more opaque as one can easily she the silhouette of whomever is in there. It wouldn’t need to be the whole glass wall just knee to head. A toilet brush should be provided. A few paper cups should be provided."

"This was my second stay at The Bailey's and the location cannot be beaten. It's right next to the Gloucester Rd underground stop. The District and Circle lines are shallow train lines, always quick and convenient. And the Piccadilly line is handy for getting to and from the airport (note: you will have one flight of stairs in addition to an elevator). The room was clean, comfortable, and functional, and all my encounters with the staff were pleasant. If I could ask for one improvement it would be nicer pillows for side sleepers."
