"Very walkable to tube and bus stations - we used them many times. Our first room was good, sofa bed for an adult was comfortable, but was stuffy and couldn't get AC to work. Asked next morning, found out AC wasn't working on that side of building for a few days (they should have told us and not put us in that room). We asked to be moved, much better. " Not sure if they’ve recently remodeled but I don’t understand the negative reviews. The room itself was just standard. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the bridge was spectacular. The paid breakfast was great. I had some issues with the shower and the restaurant was just meh. But I would happily stay there again. You can’t beat the location. "
