Only 1 bed was made up and room was clean but very dated, and the property and grounds have seen better days and are overall quite scruffy. "I arrived early because I hadn't read the small print that one couldn't check in until 5pm. I didn't feel welcome so I went away and sat in my car until it was 5pm. My room was freezing.
