"We had lovely stay. The staff at checkin were friendly amd helpful. Our room was tidy and the little extras like a small fridge, iron etc came in useful. We bought some time in the spa area which was very nice. The aroma room and open air spa pool were especially nice. The swimming pool is quite narrow so if you are intending to swim laps you might struggle when busy as it can only take two swimmers comfortably. The breakfast and evening meal were served promply and we had great service. The pepperoni pizza and the porridge were particularly enjoyed. In the hot weather the a/c theoughout the whole hotel and in the room were appreciated! We would definitely stay again "

"I booked this hotel on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint. The city centre was within 10 mins walking distance and even the hop on tour bus stopped outside the hotel. We had an enjoyable day on the bus including a river cruise. The hotel room, staff and breakfast were lovely. We had an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate booking again."

"Came with my husband and 2 children 4&5) and my inlaws. Husband and father inlaw played golf...they had a fantastic time. Mother in law and i took the children swimming and went to the park. Lots to do wven though the children were too young for the big activities. We couldn't eat at the main restaurant in the evening as there was no space for the 6 of us which was disappointing. I think guests at the hotel should have some sort of priority to dine first. We went to a local pub for our evening meal instead. It was lovely but not ideal. Would have rather stayed on site. Breakfast was delicious. Room was great. "

"Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a weird noise like a car alarm which went on for ages after you switched the light off, but it did stop eventually. One thing to note, as you have a virtual key on your phone you don't have a key card to put in the box to switch on the electrics. I used my library card which worked fine."

"We stayed in room 36 and wow wow wow was we blown away it was 5 star suit soo comfy we were looked after so well Food was excellent breakfast was amazing especially the sousage im.fussy about sousage they were gorgeous .the bath was separate room and very big and the walk in shower was big aswell our weekend was absolutely amazing we were spoilt and the swimming pool area was great took we'll be back. Thank you john and Megan for your kindness xxx"
