"The staff were helpful and friendly and the food selection was reasonable. The restaurant area was lacking in atmosphere with nothing on the tables I.e. condiments, serviettes etc., making it very bare. And unwelcoming. The complementary tea/coffee etc.,was very nice.
I booked this hotel for its advertised closeness to Heathrow particularly as you advertised the use of a SHUTTLE to the airport, which there was NOT and we had to get a taxi, which was much more expensive. I would have looked at other hotels if this had not been advertised! We had also hoped to return to the hotel for lunch on the Monday, for pick-up by my Son and was told we could not as we were not staying a second night. Taking all into account, we wouldn't stay again."
