"Stay was double booked. When we arrived, there were already people there and those people had already made a mess of the place. Owner offered to kick those people out, but we didn’t feel like staying in a dirty place so we left. Owner said that she would give me a full refund, but VRBO fought me me on it and I have received less than half of my money back for a place I didn’t even get to stay in. I messaged the owner and vrbo repeatedly most recently a week ago and no response. Be very cautious...

"The instructions for check-in were really clear and easy to follow. When we arrived we noticed that we were entering someones house and the dining area was shared which we misunderstood in the listing. It was also unexpectedly hot while we were there and the night was very hot in the room. "

"The check in was a bit rushed and a few things didn’t get explained so I had to contact the owner . The flat has everything: kitchen with good storage, living room with tv and table with sofa, bathroom and en suite shower (the mixer doesn’t hold the temperature for long) and bedroom with ample storage. There is a view but there isn’t a lift to reach the flat. It is close to shops, restaurants, bards pubs and public transport."
