"I liked how there was someone there 24/7, i love how every day there was cleaners that gave a quick wipe down in the bathroom and sweep of floor. The beds where spacious and comfortable especially as a bigger size female and alot of space in the room to store suitcases and bags under bed with small table and mirror in the room. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I...

"The Manor Hotel makes a great stop-over if you need a break when traveling through Heathrow, it’s an easy door-to-door 30 min bus ride for about 2 pounds. There’s a lot of English character in this hotel, and they are currently renovating the dining and bar areas with an authentic English village feel.
