"We only stayed for 1 night but the staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was big enough with coffee making facilities for the morning. Shower area a little on the small size. Soap, shampoo were available. "

"Great stay. Enjoyed the daily breakfast there, comfortable bed, very nice lobby and bar. Lots of families staying there. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room tho. The hotel manager, Christian, went above and beyond giving us advice about driving the rental vehicle towards planning our trips. Harry Potter Warner Bros studio is about 35 minutes away. The Hemel-Hempstead train station is about 5 miles away. Recommend it and the Tube as transportation to/from London zone 1. "

"We spent one night, but as the facilities can be used before and after check in and check out - it was like two days. The bed was super comfy and beautifully clean. The room was spacious with a wonderful view. I’m pleased to say that the food in the dining room has improved - we had a delightful meal and the service throughout was excellent. The pool & changing are was very clean, with inside & outside space to lounge & relax. The golf course was in excellent condition- the players not so much!! All in all, very good, top quality value for money. We’ll definitely be back. "
