"Everything was fine. A top sheet on the bed would have been good as the duvet is very warm. Also more tea, coffee and milk in the room, I had to ask for more at Reception . The swimming pool was fantastic, with long opening hours. I used it twice. Beautiful gardens were a bonus."

He went out of his way to make sure that l was comfortable and catered for on a highest level. It would benefit from continuous housekeeping assessment & maintenance in the bedroom areas though - our room was a lovely very large, front facing one but the bathroom sink plug mechanism was broken & part of one of the curtains was hanging off the rail. Little things matter! Whilst there they also seemed to be having a lot of trouble with their card key system. Two...
