Another day the made the bed and didn’t empty trash or switch towels. Another day they swapped towels and left trash in the trash can and the bed unmade. Couldn’t keep up with what to expect when I left the room and returned. I thought this should be a standard practice across the board. So for that they get a “no” star for their strategic room cleaning process. The price to stay in the room didn’t decrease but instead had increased, however less customers support is offered. "
