"The room smelled of cigarettes, and I found two cockroaches; plus, the bed had a huge hole in one side. I just wanted the days to pass so I could leave soon. The indoor pool looked dirty, and the hotel seemed like something out of a horror movie. I definitely won't be back."

"We couldn't check in until almost 5 o'clock. I ask for a higher room because of my husband's disability and that didn't happen. We had to park a block away and walk to the hotel. The chairs on the balcony are broke."
