An Island. Enjoy the expanse of the 1.4 acre property, behold, only half of it is land. Rest is the natural pond, permanently leased to the fishes and kingfishers. This is also your private backwater boating space. Step out to the deck to watch the local catch of crabs,clams,fishes; & the bird formations glide the breeze. No paved walkways, let your feet cruise the sands. Wander the artistic installations. Check out the organic vegetable farm. Feel the space.
Being an island , access is only through inland waters on a row boat. The short boat ride is to cross a stream. A meandering 50 meter pathway takes us to the boat jetty. We need to hop on to the boat to reach Inland Island.
Inland Island boasts of its private backwater. The main cottage stands 2m above ground to capture the surrounding view .The four post bed marks the main bedroom (in pictures) with balcony view of the backwater.
Guest can use the whole cottage (2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, living room, kitchen, front deck & corridors) on this booking. A separate listing is available if you are looking for a single bedroom. Then you would have access to One Bedroom with attached bathroom, living room, kitchen, front deck & corridors. Talk to the host for different options
Guest will be provided an induction oven kettle and essential utensils for cooking.
Power backup provided by battery which turns on automatically and powers lights and fans in all rooms
Me/my family always available on-call within the premises during the guests stay. We would be located in an admin space on the island which consists of a kitchen and storage space
Access to washer for laundry provided on payment basis along with drying stand. Iron box provided on request , free to use.
Please wear waterproof footwear while traversing in and out of the island on the boat

We are an island , secluded from the bustling city life . Nearest town is accessible on waterway 500metres away. Waterways are traversed by fishermen , sometime would even sell you their best catch.
Food can be arranged on advance notice. Signature dishes available based on seasonal availability and prepared in-house based on advance notice. The continental chicken or fish preparation is a must try. Food rates vary based on order and serving.
Guest are provided with induction stove and utensils for self service in the cottage kitchen
Parking is provided on the Inland island's private parking space on the mainland at that point where you get on the boat that takes you to the island
