"This Holiday Inn was in the perfect location. The staff was helpful. The main draw back of this hotel is that it in despite need of repair. Walking on the carpet felt like walking on rocks. Our suite had mold on the shower ceiling and the outside walls of the shower had mold and were soft like it was crumbling. The tile in the kitchen was lifting up, which I tripped on. With some attention this could be a great hotel as it is in a really good location."

"Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!"
