Her ceilings are peeling, and her cracks are starting to show, but she is a truly beautiful and stylish place to rest your head. The beds are huge and feel like clouds; the spacious rooms, and those little extras, such as robes and a nice deep bath, keep me coming back. The Staff are amazing, always there to help and are available when you need them. Check in 24 hours, late check out. What more could you need. "

"We have stayed at Chermside on Thomas several times. This time we had a nicely renovated room which was quite spacious compared to previous studio rooms. Lovely shower with awesome pressure. Comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The grab n go breakfast is sufficient. Undercover parking included is a bonus. Westfield shopping and bus terminal within easy walking distance. "

"Don't recommend, the room I was in had a strong smell of mold everywhere & that mold was visible in the bathroom, it was noisy outside with the doors & windows closed, so having them open for some fresh air wasn't an option either. Zero sound insulation, could hear people constantly walking outside my door & parking? There is 5 spots, so if you miss out then it's street parking only. Not sure how this business is running with such a strong amount of mold, you can find modern clean hotels for the same price, avoid. "
