"I have stayed at this property numerous times over the years - things never change! Location is good - the staff are tremendous - breakfast is welcome - however it is impossible to find a shower in whatever room that retains the water. Water is normally spread throughout the bathroom. I am tired of not seeing something positive done to remedy the problem."

"Lovely staff and the Promenade room was quite spacious. It was clean and cozy, however any noise from the outside hallway or adjacent rooms can be heard - from footsteps, to chatter, etc. The proximity to different restaurants and the nice view from the rooftop bar are pros though for staying here so if you aren’t bothered by thin room walls it’s quite a lovely place to stay in. "

"We were very happy with our large, one bedroom suite at the back of the hotel. There was a lovely, little garden and patio at the back of our unit. The gardens all around the property were beautiful. The staff were helpful and caring. The location is amazing, 8 minutes from airport, within minutes to walk to the lovely garden-lined river boardwalk, the fabulous IGA, the night market, great food in every direction. And there is a complete kitchen with coffee etc., and ICE in the freezer. ...
