"Rural property with all the amenities, close to Saugeen River, and nature outside of the door. The house was super, and Mark is a good communicator. The house is supplied with everything we needed (4 adults and one 3 year old and one dog). It was super comfortable and very roomy. The A/C and many fans work well to keep the home comfortable. We all had great sleeps. An unexpected bonus: Mark has a huge stash of books, conquerable to a library, I especially liked the array of SciFi books in one of the bedrooms.Note for paddlers: We used a local outfitter to supply a canoe, and two of us paddled the Saugeen DOWNSTREAM from Access Point 8, to Access Point 9. Note: the outfitter advised that going upstream was ok. There are multiple rapids between those two points requiring portage or walking canoe close to shore if you go upstream. This was not clear in any of their communications."
