"Our family really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. One of the biggest advantages was its convenient location, with plenty of nearby places to explore. After spending over six hours on a plane, we especially appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. The hotel was clean, and we loved the room layout and extra space. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our family, especially with boys, without ever feeling cramped. We also appreciated the modern design, which made us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, ensuring there was something everyone in our family could enjoy. Lastly, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hotel's comfort, convenience, modern atmosphere, and family-friendly accommodations. We would gladly recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Wife and I had a wonderful stay in a spacious, quiet, clean, elegantly designed and very comfortable room with large windows overlooking the city. Staff were consistently helpful. Breakfast at both restaurants are excellent. The lobby space is beautiful. The hotel location is perfect. We are grateful to the staff and want to acknowledge the person who checked us in, our housekeeper, the bell desk and breakfast staff - thank you for a memorable stay."

"Lovely large clean room that was also cleaned daily. Great reception and 24hr convenience store on site. Within walking distance to Myeongdong but nicely out the way. Would recommend this hotel."

"Hotel itself ideally located for most things, but even in deluxe room furniture pretty basic, but beds comfy. Breakfast was OK but no Black/Breakfast tea, only Earl Grey or fruit teas, Coffee from machine was lukewarm but if you ask for hot milk they will bring it. After a long day site-seeing was disappointed to find that there nowhere to get a drink in evening, small lounge on 17th floor but only sold spirits. oh for a glass of wine. Most of the staff had reasonable English, whereas I had no Korean, and were very helpful."

"Takes 45 min straight from Incheon Airport to Holiday Inn Express via ARAX. The hotel is conveniently located just above exit 5 of Hongik station. Plenty of amenities locally- lots of young students so buzzing until late night. However extremely safe and haven’t had any problems with anyone. Everyone is courteous and polite. Extremely rule-abiding people and expect the same from visitors too!! Our room on 13 th floor— small but compact for 2; Little disappointed about lack of wardrobes but actually didn’t matter. Clean bathrooms and toilets; warm water available all day. The rooms were actually cleaned and linen/towels changed daily, though we didn’t request them. Its a bit further away from the city centre (40-45 min) by Tube so if you are attending conferences like we did in COEX then may not be the best location. Breakfast was included and reasonably plenty of options that my 22 year old son tried and loved. Washing and dryer on the 16th floor and easy to use via cards. Overall a good experience and value for money!!"
