오랜된 건물이지만 편안하고 좋았습니다.

Hotel was great and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Communicating in English was ok at best. Location is good. Many places are a 15-20 min walk and metro is less than 10 minutes. Although there aren’t many great dining options immediately nearby, the Japanese restaurant inside is ok.

I was upgraded to a luxury room with a view of the famous Jin river. The room was huge and extremely comfortable. Taking a bath or shower in the enormous bathroom was a treat. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast they served—wide range of choices. The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. I got to stay at this fantastic hotel at a very reasonable rate. I will certainly stay at Sofitel Chengdu again.

服務佳，房間景觀唔錯！

這次旅程一共住了四個晚上，很開心房間免費升級去套房，非常寬敞，景觀也不錯。可惜房間空調太熱，不可調較，整晚都沒有蓋被，影響睡眠質素。雖前台協助打開了一個小窗，但沒有什麼幫助。但值得讚賞是前台及其他服務員，態度良好及樂於協助解決問題。

Great Stay

The room was spacious and well decorated. I was also welcome with some fruits and cakes. The buffet breakfast was decent. The only thing was that there was no jacuzzi and the swimming pool was under renovation. I brought my swimsuit for nothing.

Location is great! Service is wonderful! Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious and comfortable and well designed! View from our hotel room was wonderful! Gym was pretty outdated and not well maintained. Breakfast was okay but has the room to improve compared to the same level hotel. Our overall experience was good.
