Fantastic Property!
Beautifully renovated property with masses of space and facilities. We visited with our children and grandchildren, 16 of us in total, with our ages ranging from 2 to 73! This property gave us a wonderful holiday which we will remember for years and years. The swimming pool was a great facility in the exceptionally hot summer temperatures. Highly recommended.

Deuxième séjour au Grand Beaumont pour notre cousinade annuelle et on s’y sent tellement bien que cela ne sera pas le dernier. Endroit ideal pour fêtes familiales ou entre amis, maison très spacieuse avec un équipement au top! Merci à Monsieur de la Roche Aymon pour sa réactivité et à Séverine pour son accueil. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte d'une propreté et d'un confort remarquables. Séverine nous a accueilli avec professionnalisme et gentillesse. Nous recommandons fortement le gîte du Grand Beaumont.

Excellent gite pour une réunion de famille
Propriété très bien rénovée avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration soignée. D'un point de vue pratique, tout a été prévu pour accueillir un grand nombre de personnes (2 lave-vaisselles, rangements et équipements de la cuisine, arrière cuisine vaste) avec des chambres toutes équipées de salle d'eau/salle de bains. La maison est suffisamment vaste pour que le groupe puisse se retrouver sans problème mais aussi, bien agencée pour que chacun puisse disposer d'un espace à soi. A recommander +++

Uitstekende accommodatie voor grote familie
Prima vakantie gevierd met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Het fijne zwembad biedt veel aangenaam vertier en afkoeling. De praktische indeling van ruime slaapkamers met eigen sanitair bood veel comfort. Ook het buitenterras was prima uitgerust met voldoende tafels, stoelen en parasols. Prima!

Außerordentliche Unterkunft! Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Loire-Schlösser
Wir waren als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen und 9 Kindern zwischen 2 und meist 13-17 Jahren eine Woche in Grand Beaumont. Es handelt sich um einen alten Hof, der vor kurzem zu einer Ferienunterkunft umgebaut wurde und sehr diskret mitten auf dem Feld nahe dem hübschen Örtchen Chémery liegt. Besonders die Privatsphäre war uns sehr wichtig. Man ist unter sich. Chémery ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für mehr als ein Dutzend bedeutender Schlösser an der Loire im Rahmen von Tagesausflügen (Chambord/Chaumont z.B. 30km, Chenonceau 40km, Tours/Villandry 80km). Auch der berühmte Zoo Parc de Beauval ist nur 25km entfernt. Für die An- oder Abreise aus Deutschland bietet sich z.B. ein Besuch in Orléans an, oder Dijon/Auxerre, wenn man über SW reist. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet für jedes der zahlreichen Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es gibt sehr großzügige Gemeinschaftsräume, in denen durchdacht und angemessen der Größe der Gruppe ausreichend Ausrüstung wie Mobiliar, Geschirr etc zur Verfügung steht (2 Spülmaschinen, 2 große Kühlschränke, Eisschrank). Einen Waschraum gibt es ebenfalls. Die Außenanlage ist ansprechend, der Pool schön und sauber. Etwas mehr Grün würde das Exterieur abrunden. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und danken dem freundlichen und entgegenkommenden Vermieter und der sehr flexiblen Concierge (angesichts über den Tag verteilter An- und Abreise). Die Familie hat sofort gesagt, dass sie gerne wiederkommen möchte.
