"Nice check in lady, very thorough. Room spotless, nice to have a bathroom/shower without dirty or missing grout. My only comment is that the room was warm, although turned the A/C down low, but the quilt was very thick and it was too much. Maybe have a sheet as an option instead? Breakfast was find and filling. "Very comfortable beds, wonderful shower and tub, thick luxurious towels and great cosmetics provided. A fresh bottle of filtered water was provided each time the room was refreshed. Staff were lovely. There was a hiccup when I checked in because the room key did not work for the electricity, so I was moved to another room. After that all was smooth sailing. The pool and sauna were good for relaxing. I liked the heated stone lounge benches. Dairy-free milk was available on request. Restaurant had delicious gluten free bass. Highly recommend!"
