"Pros: great location, great value (executive room just over£100)for large room with sofa and chairs. Quiet (upper floors) Cons: everything a bit tired. Not dirty just tired. No aircon (fan was provided). Parking limited (we walked 10 mins from JustPark space). Sofa in room uncomfortable. Breakfast only continental (ok - nothing to write home about - plenty of cafes nearby) Would I use again - probably."

"Fab place to stay in Cheltenham if you want to be in the centre of things. Very friendly staff, lovely rooms with high quality fixtures eg Dyson fans and hairdryers and Bang and Olufsen TV and a nice mini bar selection."

"We returned from a very busy day at 10.30 to find that our room had not been serviced - we had not opted into the scheme whereby guests can forgo a clean and receive a voucher to be used in the bar. Miguel went out of his way to supply the required teas, coffees towels etc. Thank you for your help Miguel."
