A petite yet perfectly proportioned, peaceful sanctuary for 2. This cosy, bright and modern 1 bedroom house has off-road parking for up to 2 cars, and a gorgeous courtyard style garden - a true sun-trap!
Perfectly located on a quiet, tucked away street in central Cheltenham, just 5 minutes' walk from Cheltenham College, the Hospital and the fabulous Cheltenham Lido.
Easily stroll into Cheltenham town centre or desirable Montpellier, with many excellent restaurants, shops, cafes and bars.
Upstairs, you will find a welcoming bedroom with comfy king size bed and lovely quality linens. The ensuite bathrooms features a modern shower in glass cubicle and second toilet.

Off the upstairs landing you will find a handy storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Outside, the sunny deck area has 2 relaxing arm chairs on a platform overlooking a charming gravel courtyard. Perfect for morning coffee, or in the evening switch on the fairy lights, wrap up with a blanket and enjoy a glass of wine or mug of tea in peaceful surroundings... bliss!

There is convenient, private parking for up to 2 cars on the driveway right in front of the house.

Perfect for couples or friends visiting Cheltenham, you can also bring your pooch if they are well-behaved!
