"My room was nice & I appreciated the electric kettle & separate coffee pot. I was also pleased to find included washcloths! A definate plus since I stayed at Hilton Garden near Heathrow on my return home & learned the hardway that washcloths are a "special" request item. The only thing missing was a clock in the room, which meant i had to rely on my cellphone for an alarm"

"Good place. Centrally located. On the small size but everything we needed. A lift would have been preferable but not essential"

"This is my second time in the property and love the location. Convenient to visit Big Ben, Westminster Abbey. Zpalace and so."

"Great sized room with a comfy bed. Quiet but in a busy location. Ideal for Bushy parkrun. Good connections to Heathrow and the West End. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Loved it here - lovely staff, excellent location and a fab breakfast. All that and a proper Fullers pub too - will definitely stay again"

"A delightful boutique hotel in a great location. Breakfast was fantastic with a full English breakfast with a great vegetarian option offered as well. My only complaint is that the reception area is rather hard to access on the 2nd floor with either steep stairs or a very small elevator to try to get your luggage into"

"Clean, easy access, good pub, good location, comfy rooms."

"Great location near tube station. Lots of good dining at the Blackbird and nearby. Very helpful staff and busy, fun pub."
