"We stayed for the Ironman, and it seemed like the hotel wasn't prepared for it. When we checked in, we were told our room wasn't ready and that we would receive a text; however, we never got one. When we asked 90 minutes later if our room was ready, the front desk attendant seemed annoyed. On Saturday, we needed help twice, but when we called the front desk, it rang off the hook, and we never received an answer. Also, parking was full. We had to park about 1km away."
