"Clean room and easy check-in / check-out"

" The rooms were clean the staff at check-in and serving in all the hotel amenities like the library bar and the gift shop were really friendly. In the evenings when you arrive late, you have to show your room key to prove that their safety at the hotel and they will not just allow anybody in. They do have a $35 a day resort fee but that gives you $35 credit at any of the amenity or gift shop or bars or restaurants plus you get two complementary bottles of water every day to offset the cost, I really enjoyed my stay at the grand Sheraton and would highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel nearby Penn station which is perfect for train to JFK and Newark airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and refreshed everyday. We came with daughter partner and 2 young children and the staff ensured we had rooms next to each other. And, as always, the free arrival cookies are amazing lol"

"Very small elevators, bathrooms are tiny to take a shower, super busy breakfast area. The only good is the location which is near the time square. Will i stay there again? NO! "

"Too noisy , housekeeping crew kept banging the door of their storage which was located next to our room .. this would go on every night until 1am .. room is outdated , bathroom needs some serious help .specially for the cost. staff is great and friendly .. but facilities really needs some care and renovation."

"I spent 4 nights at this conveniently-located hotel, just half a block away from Eataly Flatiron, one of my favorite eateries. The hotel has upgraded doors (digital), hallway carpets, showers and AC control, but dated furniture. Still, it was clean, comfortable and secure. Plenty of hot water and a roomy rain shower. The shower door had a slight leak, but not a deal breaker. The king bed was comfortable at first, but it was not memory foam, and I woke up the first morning with a stiff upper back. Pillows were all different sizes, but I actually preferred to mix and match. The room had a decent-size flat screen TV with Roku channels, a mini fridge and a safe, although the safe was bolted down, so it was basically useless. Being an older property, the light fixtures were kinda funky, but they all worked. The bed frame itself had under-carriage lighting, the kind you see on cars from "Fast & Furious". Swank! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that the hotel itself was in a busy, but not crazy, neighborhood. Great restaurant next door that was always full, which was a good sign. I would stay again."
