Large tables and ample seating for all your activities. Main Floor features a fire place in the living room which opens into a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is WELL STOCKED with all of your cooking needs - all you need to bring is the food! There is a gas grill on the back patio & fire pit in the yard (some firewood will be provided with the option to purchase more). Multiple outdoor and indoor seating areas provide privacy for those who want it and plenty of space for groups to gather.
Enjoy floating in the 25’ x 50’ ft. In-ground pool complete with its own pavilion and outdoor bathroom. Open Memorial Day through September. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! The pool is 12’ at the deep end and 4’-5’ at the shallow end. Additional cost to heat the pool is $750 for the week. (pool heat is only available for week long stays.)

Guest access
Guests are able to access the home through a keyless entry system. Host and house manager are available via cell.

Other things to note:

We do require a list of names and ages of all guests.

We do not allow weddings/receptions to be held at Paradise.

The property manager lives on the same private drive and will complete daily maintenance as needed. He will also be available for any needs you have to make your stay comfortable.

We provide; , recreation room with plenty of games and activities, 2 TV's, soaker tub, heated pool, private country setting, walking trails, outdoor fire pit, full size basketball court, pickleball court, and volleyball court (all equipment is provided!)

House Rules
- Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM.
- We require a list of names and ages of all guests 1 week prior to check-in
- Do not use any of our neighbors' property during your stay. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- No parties or large events
- No smoking anywhere on the premise
- No pets allowed
- No additional or unregistered guests allowed.
- No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc.
- Please keep the garage door closed at all times.
- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house.
- Please keep doors locked when you are not home
- Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent letting bugs inside
- Please respect check-in and check-out times, as well as the check-out process.
-Excessive cleaning (if required)is billed at $50/hr. Repairs due to damages are $50/hour. If anything becomes ruined or missing, you will be charged accordingly. Notification is given prior to any deductions from your security deposit on file.
- We have a locked owner's closet in the home. This room is not for guest purposes and should be respected as the owner's personal space.
-No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers (e.g., catering companies, DJ’s, VJ’s, rental equipment companies, etc.).

Care for the Premises with all due care, leave it undamaged, clean, and keep conditions safe throughout your stay.
