"The stay was superb. The place is incredibly quiet with where it's positioned at the rear of the property. Extremely clean, very comfortable king sized bed, all the kitchen amenities we needed and felt extremely welcomed upon our arrival. It made for a lovely weekend getaway with so many local walks, places too see and multiple shops and pubs close by. Also having full access to the grounds and garden was a gorgeous addition also. 10/10, Couldn't improve on it, Will definitely be staying again. "

Lovely clean, bright and airy flat.A real homely feel, well appointed kitchen, excellent views from the comfortable lounge.Minor issues was the double bed as apposed to a king size bed, front door can be a bit draughty when the wind is directly at the property.Close to the pier and town, a superb holiday bolt hole for a few days break. "There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. We cleaned these ourselves but found Air Manage Suffolk very difficult to deal with. In addition, beware that the railway line and in particular the level crossing with it's very loud...

"A clean, modern flat located a few minutes' walk to the centre of town and almost next to the beach. Quite small but fine for a couple."

"Two - bed in bedroom is very high.we found it very hard as we two old ladies,toilet is very low so again hard to use.The door to get into the apartment is hard too turn ,we had to ask for help at times.we enjoyed our stay but for us it spoiled our holiday a bit."
