    - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $50 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
    - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
    - An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.
    - Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is allowed.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The little mountain house was just perfect. Fully stocked , amazing location. The kids had a blast in the kids room. I would highly recommend this property. The host was very attentive. Although we didn’t need much communication at all. 10 out of 10 recommend

Amazing place! We loved to hot tub, fire pit, TVs on the patio and in every room, and decor. Easy access from the main road. The kid’s room had an arcade game, which was such a pleasant surprise. The host was communicative and exhibiting awesome hospitality! Would absolutely book again.

The house was great . The host was amazing. Chattanooga was awesome. Didn't use the hot tub but take a peek it was clean and ready to go. The location was perfect for Ruby Falls lookout mountain and down town. 15 minutes or less to everything 6 minutes to a Walmart. Highly recommend the whiskey thief for the roof top bar and river views at sunset.
