"We start here each time we come to LA. The location is great and the hotel is wonderful. I love the courtyard. The first time I saw it, I knew we'd be coming back. The pool is always nice. Rooms are great, clean. Staff is always really friendly and helpful."

"Had a great stay at the Sheraton near Universal Studios. The staff was super friendly and helpful, Thank You Angel for the super quiet room. The property is older but our room was well maintained and spotless. The hotel is also a short 12 min walk to Universal studios...The walk could be a little challenging to people with mobility issues due to to the hilly terrain. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! It is a pricey hotel but the location was worth it since we were going to Universal Studios! I would say if you’re paying this price to stay here parking should have definitely been included but it was a separate charge which to me just isn’t justified. Staff was incredibly kind and they did have coffee, tea and juices available for guests 24/7 which was very nice. Overall a great stay."

"Perfect location for the plans we had in the area. Had everything we needed. The complementary airport shuttle was particularly helpful and appreciated. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area. I traveled here with my adult daughter."

"Beautiful place with lots of character, nicely decorated public spaces and rooms, very comfortable. Restaurant was good. Rooftop patio is a nice extra. Quick uber to Hollywood Bowl and easy walk back (downhill, maybe 20 minutes)."
