"We had a lovely stay recently at this cottage. It is located in a quiet area and not far from the A1 so ideal for travelling around the area. We settled in so quickly and the cottage had everything we needed especially for cooking meals. The log burner was perfect for spending time sitting in front of relaxing after a wet day out and about. I couldn't recommend this cottage highly enough for a relaxing break away. A real home from home experience."

I was a little disappointed with some of the cleaning, particularly as our arrival time was delayed to enable Covid safe cleaning. There were greasy hand marks, sticky bits and dog paw prints inside and outside of the windows, particularly the patio doors and a gathering of dirt in the thresholds of the bedroom balcony and the patio doors.
