This lovely family beach house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The hallway leads to a cloakroom where you can hang your coats on hooks and store your shoes and walking boots and there is also a useful downstairs WC. Heading into the lounge which overlooks the garden, you will find two comfortable sofas and a large footstool where you can sit and unwind after a day on the beach, and there is a Smart TV for family movie nights. The ‘snug’ is also off the hallway with a large, comfortable sofa, a bean bag and a Smart TV, perfect for older children to ‘escape’ the adults. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has everything you need to prepare your meals and drinks including an electric hob, oven and grill, an American fridge/freezer with an ice maker, a microwave and a dishwasher. The dining table faces the French doors leading to the garden so in the warmer months, you can easily enjoy laid-back, indoor/outdoor living. The utility room is off the kitchen with a washing machine, sink and a heated towel rail. The back door leads from here to the garden. The four bedrooms are on the first floor with plenty of storage space for your things.
