This house is so charming, and close to many fun things in Chatham! We were there over the 4th of July and got to see the parade go right by! We walked to get coffee and pastries daily, and the walk into town to go shopping was only minutes away!It didn’t bother us at all, but it is right next to a cemetery.

Susan was an exceptional host and we very much enjoyed our stay! She was attentive, easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the baseball field, shops and some great restaurants or a short drive to the beach. The space was lovely - clean and even more beautiful than the photos. Cannot recommend enough!

Enjoyed our weekend getaway

Beautiful place with a quiet location just off Main Street. With some rainy weather we spent more time inside than we usually would in the middle of the summer. With an open floor plan the kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out with the family. Susan was available, dependable and very accommodating if we needed anything before and during our stay. Highly recommend as we plan on returning next summer!

July 2025 -- we had a wonderful stay at this property. It was "as advertised" -- in walking distance to Chatham's Mainstreet which is full of shopping/restaurants. Also in walking distance to Cape Cod league baseball field which was fun! Impeccably clean and well furnished. The property manager Susan was super communicative and easy to deal with. She made lots of recommendations which were fabulous. Would stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this property and this precious town. Our first time to the Cape --we will be back!!!
