Welcome to the Sea Bluff! Incredible Location and Dog Friendly! Privacy abounds at this waterfront ranch home offering endless views of North Beach and the Eastward Ho Golf Course. This California style home in Chatham is located on 2.8 private acres with its own 490 feet of Private Beach. Central air will keep you cool and WiFi will keep you connected. With 3 Bedrooms in the main house as well as 3 baths and a separate guest suite with a bedroom and full bath just off the garage you can sleep 8 very comfortably. Linens and towels included!

Welcome to The Sea Bluff! This house was built by our grandparents in 1961 and was their summer home for more than 50 years. It is now shared and enjoyed by our extended family, and remains a special place we care a lot about. We only rent the house for a few weeks every year, and hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do. Once you enter the home and get a glimpse of the view, you'll understand why we love this home! Words aren't enough - you have to see it for yourself.
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Upon entering the foyer you will immediately be drawn up the step and head to the right where there is a spacious open living and dining area with large windows capturing the 5 star water views. Sit back, relax and take it all in! Off the dining room is an enclosed sun porch where you will want to spend all of your time enjoying the views and coastal breezes.
Open to both the living area and just off the sun porch is a long harvest table to enjoy family meals together and raise a toast to the memories you've made that day.
The kitchen just off the dining area has all appliances and is fully equipped. The kitchen was recently fully renovated!. There is a door that takes you to the backyard and garage for easy access to the 4th bedroom and bath.
Back out through the foyer is the library room offering a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite movie or sports game and plenty of cozy furnishings to enjoy. To the left of the main entry hall there is a hallway that leads you to the 3 bedrooms of the main house. The master bedroom suite is extra large with a King size bed with exceptional views and comfortable sitting area. It has its own full bathroom (separate shower and soaking tub) and a door that leads you to a private deck with more views and access to the backyard and the beach.
Continue down the hall and there is full laundry with a full size stackable washer/dryer. There is also a door that leads you to the yard and outdoor shower (not enclosed). Bedroom #2 and #3 both have Queen beds and their own private full bathrooms (Bathroom #2 and #3). One bathroom has a shower only and the other bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The separate guest suite is in the garage (Bedroom #4 and Full Bathroom #4) with a lovely view. This room has a Queen size bed and its own bathroom with shower. It has a standing AC unit.
Outside is plenty of yard space and a gas grill with landscaped gardens to enjoy. The private beach on the bay awaits you - just steps from the house. Enjoy the outdoor shower that is available for rinsing off on the back apron of the home.
Whether you are taking a walk along the water's edge, taking a kayak out for an adventure, or simply relaxing on the sun drenched back porch, you're sure to find your little piece of heaven at this wonderful vacation home.
BONUS: LINENS (one sheet set per bed (flat, fitted, pillow cases) and TOWELS (2 towel sets per bathroom (bath, hand, washcloth), one bath mat per bathroom, and 8 beach towels for the house) WILL BE PROVIDED. The beds will be made. Upon departure, guests are asked to wash the beach towels.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per nighjt. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
