"Be aware that this hotel practices overbooking. We booked and paid for our room, then arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. only to be told that the hotel was full and no room was available for us. The management appears to overbook rooms without properly managing remaining reservations. No one contacted us in advance, even though they already knew additional guests would be arriving and no rooms were available. Expedia eventually helped by finding us another hotel and issuing a one-night refund....
