Let Us Tell You About This Home:
This home is located in a residential association with a park-like setting. It is close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown. The association includes a community pool & tennis court, steps from your door! It offers Central AC, WIFI, wood floors throughout, a garage, a finished lower level with climate control, main floor laundry, & a private patio with a gas grill. This home comfortably sleeps 6 people.

Step through the front door and the living room is on the right. This open living area has wood floors, a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and French doors to the private patio. The living room flows into the dining area with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, breakfast bar and quartz countertops. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in a hall off the kitchen. Additionally, guests are invited to use the garage for bike storage during their stay.

To the left of the living area is a half bath in the foyer and door to Bedroom #1. This bedroom has a California King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a stand-up shower.

Upstairs is a loft area used as a den and remote workspace, with comfortable seating for watching the TV. On the left side of the loft area is Bedroom #2 with a king-sized bed. The Jack and Jill style Bathroom #2 is a tub/shower combo and is shared between the open loft space and Bedroom #2.

The finished lower level has its own climate control and air circulation system to stay dry and cool. Bathroom #3 is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level also includes another living area with seating and a TV.

There are 5 flat screen TVs in this home for everyone in your family to enjoy!

**Most NEVR Pools/Hot Tubs are open from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. Please feel free to check with NE Vacation Rentals and the home info -- to confirm exact dates when the pool and/or hot tub is opened or closed for the season** Pool closes in early October.

Per town bylaws, there is no overnight street parking and no street parking that impedes traffic or traffic safety.

Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
