"Hot water in room didnt work, tv didnt work, nobody answered the phone and the room smelled like cigarette smoke"

"Staff was amazing, parking wasn’t an issue. It’s mostly the cleanliness that got me. There was a roach in the bathtub, the microwave had liquid remains from what I think was ramen, the tv remote didn’t have batteries. There was a store right next to the hotel which was nice."
