"Wow!! What can I say? What a beautiful charming B&B. I have to admit, I was curious/concerned about such an old facility but given the recent renovation/remodel, job well done. Everything has been updated, (fixtures, windows, etc). The owner is extremely welcoming and accomodating. Not a day goes by, now that we're home, that we miss waking up at Le Clocher de la Duchesse. "This is more like a nice hostel. It was clean and quite spacious given typical European sizes, but my room had a dorm vibe. It felt like student accommodation, but it was fine and cheaper than other places. Had air-conditioning too which was great. Just not at all fancy."
