The breakfast was excellent and well worth booking to include it. Walkable to most anywhere in the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful as all scousers seem to be. "

"Arrived after a tiring, stressful day to Kelsey at receptions, bright cheerful demeanour, which was a lovely surprise despite the very late hour. Kelsey was extremely helpful and made check in a breeze. Breakfast staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, they all said good morning when they passed by and asked how we were in spite of it being busy."
