"Breakfast could’ve been better"

"I really appreciated the staff in the kitchen part with the free continental breakfast. The lady was just amazing and very helpful."

"Perfect beach access; the Seahorse is in the middle of everything so you can get wherever you want in about 10 minutes!"

"The room was clean, but the room was very dark based on the wall colours and missing lights. The hotel mentioned an elevator in the description but was missing. The ocean view was perfect and the beach was beautiful."

"One of the cleanest hotels i’ve ever stayed at. Staff is super helpful & kind."

"This place is so amazing! I cannot believe the insane price savings for such an immaculate and enjoyable experience! The pool and hot tub were so nice and well maintained. Location vs beach? Omg yes! Dining? YES! Clean? YES! So amazing I cannot wait to go back!"

"Being close to the river is so nice. The pool area and on site amenities were perfect."

"Good"

"Loved that it was adults only and right on the coast. The only downfall was that our room didn’t have AC. It wasn’t broken, it just didn’t have it at all, only a heat/off option on the thermostat and two box fans in the closets. They’re renovating so hopefully this will be changed, fortunately we stayed in October when it was pretty cool outside so we slept with the fans on and windows open."

"Very nice and clean hotel. Good location close to good restaurants!"

"Overall an okay stay for what we needed. The hotel itself looks pretty old and definitely needs some TLC but in a great location. Layout of the room was weird and towels were stained. Our room was kind of in a weird spot so there was basically no natural light. Also appreciated it being pet friendly and the friendly staff."

"I wavered between good and excellent. We were on the 3rd floor, room was nice and spacious with comfortable furnishings. Loved the deck facing the river! Loved the night clerk Tamara, she was delightful and super helpful. The not excellent bits - the day clerk (a man, don’t know his name he didn’t give it) was nice enough but not as welcoming and friendly as Tamara. He was supposed to message us when our room was ready but he never did. The other not great part which is likely not fixable by...

"Beautiful hotel in a great downtown Portland location, with wonderful amenities, and the staff is amazing. Quiet, modern and very nice rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. The inhouse pool and a hot tub is beautiful as well. A+"

"We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was so convenient not to have to leave the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is the bathroom I didn’t like the shower. The water would come out alllllll over the floor."
