"A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. "This hotel is right on the river in a nice neighborhood. It is about 150 years old and is elegant, quaint, and very comfortable. The owner is very hospitable and treated us like we were guests in his home. There is an on-site restaurant that is elegantly decorated with some of the best dishes we ate on our entire trip to France. It is very close to the Great War Museum and the waterfront location makes this a perfect place to relax after a tour. What a wonderful hotel!"

Great location, great value.

"Friendly check-in with fluent English speaking receptionist. Minor error at check-in resulted in breakfast being given at no charge (I didn't ask for this, it was freely given). Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location of hotel was good, with 20 minutes drive to Disneyland. Very good value. "

"The hotel was in a good location as expected but there were few things that could have been better. The choice of breakfast was limited especially for the kids. There was only one choice of cereal and croissants. From the hot breakfast it was only scrambled eggs, disappointing especially that I love hot breakfast. Also the sauna was switching off all the time as well as the steam room.The staff were nice but I do think that they had limited offers to guests. The cleaning could have been much better. A lot of webs as well as dead flies. Outdoor tenis court wasn’t ready to use. We enjoyed the nice beds and spacious rooms situated in the quiet area of Meaux, but as I’ve mentioned before everything was limited.I would go back if they fix those details."
