"The city did a change of hot water pipes during our stay. We were without hot water for ateast 16 hours. While this was not the fault of the hotel or its staff, the customers were the ones to suffer. The staff apologized and stated it was not their fault, but I feel like the burden should have been shared, not only put on the customer."
