"The property itself was cute. We were having trouble opening the lockbox, someone was sent to help us, turns out we were given the wrong code. It was very hot yesterday to be waiting to be let in, so I feel like communication could have been a little better, an apology would have been nice too. But I would stay here again if in the area."

"The location was very clean and comfortable. There was excellent communication throughout with the host. Access was very easy."

"This is my 1st time not giving a 5 star review. My wife and I had opted for an early arrival. Normal check in time is 5:00 pm. Was told that we could check in at 1:00 pm for a fee. We agreed to do so. We arrived shortly after 3:00 pm. The place had not been cleaned. The bed wasn't made, towels were in the floor and the trash can was half full. My wife changed the linens and washed the towels so we would have some clean. Contacted the host and they did come by a clean while we were at dinner, but...

"We booked this house since it was within walking distance to the Spectrum Center. Location and price are the greatest features of this property. The house itself is better equipped for two, but we made four work (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The house was surface level clean, but could use a deep clean (dusty fans and air vents). Would recommend if you need a place to stay, but aren’t looking for 5 star accommodations."

"Host was friendly! Everything was great!"
