DescriptionThe lively South End is known for its vibrant nightlife, with a number of craft breweries and laid-back pubs, plus buzzy restaurants serving elevated American and global cuisines. In an 1800s mill building, the Atherton Mill and Market has chic artisan shops, while the surrounding area is home to a number of fine art galleries. The Charlotte Rail Trail is popular with runners and cyclists.

No smoke products of any kind allowed inside the apartment. Any signs or smell of smoke will result in you being charged your deposit
You agree to keep noise to a minimum. We have a noise monitor in the apartment and if the volume goes above our threshold you will be asked to leave.
No parties of any kind
If you have a card, you must display your parking pass at all times or you will be towed.
Do not bother the leasing office as they are not there to field questions from our guests. All questions should be directed to the host.
Check in is after 3 PM, Check out is by 11 AM.

It was exactly what we needed as we helped our daughter move to Charlotte for a new job. We’ll stay again when we visit and recommend it to other family & friends when they come. Great location and the pool was really nice! The hosts were very accommodating!

I was very satisfied with the rental. It was like home away from home. The check in process was a breeze. I found the video of how to get to the parking garage very helpful. Will definitely rent again when in the area.

This property was perfectly located for my trip. Very Easy to use the light rail and also very walkable. Convenient parking. The video for check in was very useful. Apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Building is quiet. Would stay here again.

Location is excellent especially as we were attending a conference at the convention center They could improve the place by providing a couple extra blankets/ soap/ cleaning utensils make sure you take your own or go shopping once there. Washer loud dryer kept stopping had to reset 5 times in one use. scissors would have been nice to have place is in a maze good luck finding it
