"This property is beautiful. It is clean, quiet and well kept. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that, out of the 5 days I stayed there, the housekeeper came in only 1 time to change linen and trash. She came the day before i left and asked if i needed anything and I told her yes and she said she would be back but never returned. Other than that, the front desk crew were very pleasent at each greeting."

"The Bistro was nice. I couldn’t read the bottles in the shower to know which was shampoo & conditioner! I’m not familiar with that brand 39 North. I did like the lamps over the bed & desk. After having eye surgery, it was easy to read phone & computer without any glare of bulbs!!"

"I have stayed here twice. It is close to restaurants, the mall, theater and Carowinds. I stay here when I attend pga tournaments and it’s a quick 5 mins drive to Ballantyne corporate park for the pga/quail hollow shuttles. The room was clean and spacious. The med was a bit too firm for me, but the linens were smooth. My complaint is a complaint that isn’t exclusive to this location. It seems every hotel I e stayed at recently there is ALWAYS someone getting high on their rooms. I smell...

"There are several options nearby for food, shopping, gas, etc. We had a wonderful stay. If it’s available I highly recommend the rooms with jetted tub…"

"Checking in was quick and painless. The lobby area is nice and big, updated and the hotel bar was a huge plus. The room itself wasn't bad but the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great and the bathroom was a little dated. Overall though it was a great stay. "
