I actually didn't stay in the room because upon arrival, the night clerk couldn't find my reservation. Honestly, he really appeared out of it/altered, but he made no attempt to look up the reservation I made through hotels.com and offered no suggestions. It's probably a blessing in disguise though because the hotel was not in a great neighborhood, and the condition of the front office (not very clean, the office chairs (behind the bank teller style window) were torn and old, the desk was a mess, and there were typos and misspellings on the signage taped to the window) led me to believe the room would have not been clean or comfortable, nor would it have been necessarily safe. The cab driver who took me there was so hesitant about the area he personally escorted me inside. I'm absolutely shocked this even has two stars and I think hotels.com should remove them from their listings...at the very least a representative from hotels.com should visit the site.
