"We stayed in a two queen bedroom with balcony. The room felt very squishy. Quite dirty and outdated. Dust clusters everywhere behind the beds, corners of the room, on the fan and on the shelves. It just wasn’t to our liking unfortunately and we had high expectations. We won’t be back. "

"The Emeline was located in the perfect location right next to the Market making it easily walkable to everything downtown. The courtyard was an excellent place to enjoy a night cap. I do wish I had upgraded our room. It was very small. We barely had room to put our luggage and walk around. Bedding was comfortable. "

"I was not given the room I booked… no notice, no explanation! Booked a King bed with waterfront view… stuck me in a room on the back side of the property with a full bed… not big enough for 2 ppl! I’ve NEVER HAD AN ISSUE at this property… no explanation given or resolution,..almost $500"

"Make sure you have your license plate in hand or they won’t check you in plus parking is a bit small especially if you have a large suv- overflow is located about 50 feet away but thy will only tell you that when you check in with your license plate "

"Room was not ready at check in time and wasn’t until 35 minutes after check in time. Room floor was not clean. Very small BR for 4 guest. Front desk clerk was not very nice and had to ask my name at least 5 times! Parking was not convenient."

"Hotel Indigo had everything we were looking for - comfortable room, great pool, onsite restaurant and bar and wonderful staff. It was great being only a few minutes away from seemingly everything - Patriot’s Point, downtown Charleston, I’on and the Credit One stadium. We’ll definitely be back."
