"Very clean lobby, breakfast area and our room. Comfortable bed and hotel was very accommodating in changing our initial room assignment based on my request for a first floor room. my husband has a disability. One constructive suggestion: air conditioning unit in our room was somewhat noisy though room was comfortably cool. Also housekeeping did not replace coffee mugs that we had used; they needed to be cleaned or swapped out for clean ones. Nice variety of breakfast foods and we had all that we needed. Fresh fruit was delicious appreciated. Overall we would definitely stay here again."

"Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!"

"The hotel is dated, but is very clean and really quiet. Staff is super helpful. Didn't use the amenities as we had other plans, but the location is close to Amherst and offers rooms at a reasonable price. We have stayed there in the past and chose to return due to the value, cleanliness, quiet campus, and helpful employees."
