"Beautiful room, decor was perfection. The bedroom was lovely but just a little bit dark even with lamps. TV was too far away so we did not use it. Those are just small nit picks but what prevents the 5 star is the mattress. It was very hard as in I thought i was sleeping on a piece of plywood hard. I have some arthritic hip pain so it was enough to cause discomfort. Some may like it though. Breakfast and main area was absolutely beautiful and food was delicious. Very charming, welcoming inn!"

"We stayed for two nights while attending Family Weekend at UMass. We booked a suite that had a separate living room area and kitchenette and a separate bedroom with two beds. The bedroom side of the room was quite large and spacious. The living room area was smaller than expected. They gave us an accessible room and the sink was outside the bathroom in the bedroom area. We didn’t use the pool but did use the gym and that was okay, kind of small. It was mostly cardio equipment. The area is very convenient to both UMass and things in Hadley. The beds were comfy and they provided two types of pillows, firm and softer, which was a nice touch. The sign to enter the hotel is tiny and you’ll miss it if you aren’t looking or using an gps. Overall, it was a nice stay and we’d stay there again."

"Wife and I loved this Inn. Only stayed 1 night since we were traveling, but hope to return for a few nights. Priscilla was amazing and very professional. Breakfast was great with fresh baked goods and coffee. The room was immaculate and wonderful details that just made it perfect. Hope to return if in the area again!"

"It was comfortable and clean. Loved the decor! Sweet to be there early, before the public arrived, to spend quiet time on the land. Magical!Enjoyed conversation with our hosts.Hope to find myself back there again "

"Charming well run inn. Staff was wonderful and everything we had from Champneys was delicious. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. My only small "complaint" is that the dining room was overly bright. Putting some of the lights on dimmers would make the entire experience nicer and more cozy, Bar area was perfect and they make good drinks too!"
